Seven days in prison is inadequate for an illegal search without a warrant and subsequent leaking of private information including passwords. He’s getting off easy because he’s FBI, judge should be coming down harder because of that.

Slap on the wrist. Hardly worth the conviction if you ask me.

Per Fedzilla:

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

“Tolson.” Hmmm . . . sounds familiar. Say, wasn’t that the name of Herbert Hoover’s “longtime companion”? Clyde Tolson was it?

“He will serve seven days behind bars and has been ordered to pay a $500 fine”

What a joke. If you or I did this we would be gone to federal prison. And not golf course prison...

A Democrat is always a Democrat first.

Being an American is way down on their list.

"“I did what I did to try to protect Director Mueller, who can protect himself,” Tolson told U.S. District Court Judge Leonie Brinkema."

Why aren't people screaming from the roof top about that statement? Protect Mueller means they knew they were breaking the law and did it anyway. He knew, Mueller knew, Weissman knew, they all knew.

“I did what I did to try to protect Director Mueller, who can protect himself”

I wonder who told him to do that or who he was trying to please when he did that.

For him to receive such a mild rebuke for such serious misconduct, I bet that information isn’t a secret anymore.

Storms comin’ ... can you feel it? I definitely can.

Let the sky fall.

[[He will serve seven days behind bars and has been ordered to pay a $500 fine. ]]

How many millions of dollars did it cost to convict him?

Seven days in jail? That’s not punishment. It amounts to an incentive to future hackers since the consequence is negligible. If it were up to me, hackers would be hanged in public.

They all need to be hung for treason, or perhaps in the spirit of New Rome, crucified.
