Developing world? I've been to Africa. I've seen a good portion of East Africa and southern Africa. There's precious little development to be seen...including development in progress. That's except for several suburbs of Johannesburg that I've visited.

"Downtown" Johannesburg looks just like Nairobi and Dar Es Salaam.
