Yes, I checked back a few minutes later and the jerk was gone.

Among other things he trotted out the cliche that black people have to be twice as qualified as white people, when everyone knows what "affirmative action" means in practice.

In fact he was using the affirmative action logic by in effect arguing that any black candidate has to be given precedence over any non-black candidate (even in cases like Kamala Harris where most of her ancestry is not African).
