I think out of the lower tier candidates, Beto is history - he simply has nothing to offer. Yang has a brain, so that’s something that will keep him around, and Tulsi is scooping up the anti-Hillary Democrats, and there are LOTS of them, particularly the 2016 Bernie supporters who are looking for someone new.
