Allstate is expanding and bringing more than 200 new job opportunities to Missouri. The company is hiring for positions in agencies and sales in the Show-Me State, including 20 Allstate agency owners.

"We're growing and have an opportunity for entrepreneurs to become agency owners in a very reliable industry," said Travis Peterson, Strategic Deployment Leader. "Candidates don't need an insurance background. We're in search of individuals with a strong entrepreneurial drive and the passion to help households in the communities where they work and live. The ideal candidate wants to build a legacy they can pass down for generations."

Allstate is seeking entrepreneurs with an enthusiasm to own* and operate their business and make a positive impact in their community. As a small business owner, Allstate agents own an economic interest in their business. This gives them the freedom to sell to a qualified buyer or back to Allstate. They can also pass it on to their children or another family member.

Do this if you want to find out how quickly all your acquaintances and friends will drop you from their circle after they tire of being “sold” insurance or pumped for other “leads.”

“The ideal candidate wants to build a legacy they can pass down for generations.”

Because it takes years to build a book of business large enough to return a living wagw.
Successful agents I know all inherited a business. Just starting out today, wirh internet competition and Allstate taking back in-house lots of accounts is a real tough row to hoe.

When I sold mortgages I would have starved to death using the system you describe because I was in a new state to me after my divorce. I bought fresh and older Internet leads and called those potential customers. I made a decent six figure income without bothering relatives or acquaintances..

Hey, panhandlers... There are jobs available!

I was at Wawa getting gas with ConservaTeen and a panhandler came up and asked us for money. Wawa has a sign on the door 'Now Hiring', so I pointed to the sign and said, 'If you are hungry, I'll buy you a sandwich.' He didn't like that. ConservaTeen told him that he could work for him mowing lawns, he said, 'No, I'm disabled'. ConservaTeen said, 'I didn't think LAZINESS was a disability!'
