Allstate is expanding and bringing more than 200 new job opportunities to Missouri. The company is hiring for positions in agencies and sales in the Show-Me State, including 20 Allstate agency owners.

As a small business owner, Allstate agents own an economic interest in their business. This gives them the freedom to sell to a qualified buyer or back to Allstate. Successful agents I know all inherited a business. Just starting out today, wirh internet competition and Allstate taking back in-house lots of accounts is a real tough row to hoe.
I was at Wawa getting gas with ConservaTeen and a panhandler came up and asked us for money. Wawa has a sign on the door 'Now Hiring', so I pointed to the sign and said, 'If you are hungry, I'll buy you a sandwich.' He didn't like that. ConservaTeen told him that he could work for him mowing lawns, he said, 'No, I'm disabled'. ConservaTeen said, 'I didn't think LAZINESS was a disability!'
