As every Democrat running for their party’s 2020 presidential nomination, every elected Democrat in Congress, Leftists in the “mainstream” media and Hollywood continue to push the claim that American excess is destroying the planet and we’ve only got, “like, 10 years left” before hell on earth, in AOC’s vernacular, Barack and Michelle Obama just proved without a doubt that the Left’s “climate change” agenda is, indeed, a hoax.
You may have heard that the former president and first lady have been renting in a rather large mansion in Martha’s Vineyard of late, a haven of wealthy liberals who produce massive daily carbon footprints while pretending they don’t and while lecturing you about how your 2010 SUV is destroying the planet.
On Friday, reports surfaced that the Obama’s made an offer to purchase the place from the owner of the Boston Celtics NBA team, Wyc Grousbeck, for nearly $15 million.

Maybe Obama bought his carbon credits with Al Gore? Isn’t that how it works, that if you buy carbon credits, then your “carbon footprint” doesn’t matter anymore, because you bought yourself an exemption from the judgements you want to impose on everyone else?
Would they buy beachfront property if they really thought rising oceans were going to run them out of their home in, what is it, 11-some-odd years?
It’s always been a hoax from the get-go.
They’re drooling over the trillions in taxes, fees, regulations, etc. that such a farce would bring to their coffers. But more than that, they drool over the “control” over everyone else’s lives.
Perhaps the only thing they drool over more is the millions of 401ks, IRAs, retirement accounts.
Once the disarmament of the populace takes place, they will push hard to confiscate the retirement funds, etc. After all, “it’s only fair”.

Yes, but “buying carbon credits” won’t stop the sea level rise if AGW is in fact true. But the fatcat power maniacs, by their own behavior, let the cat out of the bag, that it’s all a crock. If they truly believed it they’d sell their jets and shrink their “carbon footprint”. But their actions prove it’s a crock.

Not much to prove the “climate change” agenda is and always was a hoax, but any lie, repeated often enough, takes on at least the veneer of being the “truth”.
And there is a lot of “truthiness” in the arguments supposedly being mounted favoring the “anthropogenic” causes of climate change. All of which dissolve when the change agent is claimed to be carbon dioxide, a very small but vital component of earth’s atmosphere, the purpose of which is to serve as plant food.
Carbon dioxide simply does not have the heat-retaining capabilities claimed for it as a chemical compound. Water vapor, on the other hand has VASTLY more effect on heating and cooling of the planet, yet all these supposedly “smart” people never plug it into their calculations.

There was a rumor that O bought the estate that was used for Magnum PI. No clue if that was true or not.
The headline of this article was my first thought when I saw the article about their beachfront mansion buy.
