Hey! I’m responsible for ending slavery, feeding those hungry pilgrims, guiding Lewis & Clark, um, butchering a few settlers here and there, saving Europe in two world wars, inventing EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE that EVERYONE on the planet uses EVERYDAY to save lives, produce food & water, communicate... have a quality of life beyond the that of an animal.

Me, too. Especially since my ancestors were Jews in Eastern Europe being persecuted by the Russians, the Germans and any number of other groups until the early 1900s, when my grandparents all emigrated to the United States.
