Later I turned it back on for a few moments just when Harris was chiding Biden for working with segregationists decades ago.
I guess you’d have to define “winning” in this context. If the candidates’ objective, as seems apparent, was to be the craziest loon on the stage then I don’t know if I could pick a winner.
