And a lucky one at that.

They're easy to spoil and they know it! One of ours is my wifes’s ''princess''. Her name is ''Peanut'' because she's so little. Peanut showed up at our backdoor about four years ago with her right hind leg busted clean in two. We took her to the vet and the vet put a splint on it hoping the bone would fuse back together. It didn't so her leg had to be amputated. Hasn't slowed Peanut down a bit. She runs around the house like a demon, does whatever she wants and runs to Mommy when I scold her!

I had a similar experience, little kitty comes to the door our other cat likes her. We took her in and saw he left front leg was dislocated. Took her to the Vet, he tried to wrap it but had to amputate. Pepper never was bothered about it. She lived to 22 was a great little friend and pet.

Bless you heart. Front leg, huh? Poor baby, must have been tough for her getting around. Spay and neuter! Lord knows the poor things have it tough out there with no one to care for them.

She got around just great. She could jump from the floor to sit on your shoulder.

Note to kitty. Don’t feel bad.

Back in the day, we would cut a puppy’s tail off. We once had a duck at the same time we ‘docked’ the puppy. The duck got even for all the hassling she got from the undocked puppy and made him miserable by pecking at this tail scab.

A sandwich on a long roll with cold cuts, lettuce and onions and tomato is a hoagie. Anyone calling it a sub or grinder (or that opts for mayo vs oil and vinegar) is a heathen.

The little cat looks great. But the true star of this story is the Slava, Russian man.

Hope there’s follow up story to show us a picture of him.

What a sweet story.

*Nin*...the Mt Washington cat.

IIRC, Nin was a bobtail cat, who was worth a trip from anywhere to meet.
