ow many vicious, clever, angry, sputtering take-downs of Donald Trump is enough? If the president actually does something significant — as opposed to merely tweeting or saying something obnoxious or offensive — then pundits should certainly feel free to write about and denounce it. (I certainly do.) But the relentless, obsessive-compulsive focus on every Trumpian action and utterance by the likes of Max Boot, Jennifer Rubin, Michael Gerson, Bill Kristol, Peter Wehner, and a handful of other commentators is something else entirely. The Trump preoccupation says far more about the critics than the criticized.

He’s just pleading with them to be smarter about it.

The Democrat Media once had the power to manipulate the elections. Trump won despite the Media of Hate. They are resentful for their loss of persuasion.
Same ones that boosted toxic Obamanism.
Speaking of professional Trump haters, I just listened to Jonah Goldberg’s Remnant podcast with his wife, Jessica Gavora.
Along with having worked with Mueller back during the 9/11 aftermath, she was ghostwriter for the Ryan/McCarthy/Rubio (was he the third?) Young Guns book and she gushed about her respect for Ryan. Was Haley’s speechwriter at the UN (and is doing a book for her now) and bragged about how Haley took advantage of the power vacuum from Tillerson to aggressively take action and ask for forgiveness afterwards. Proudly described herself as a “neocon” in favor of an assertive foreign policy.
So a Never Trumper is calling out other Never Trumpers? These people are insane.
