Many Americans are asking why the Democrats and their running dog RINO accomplices in Congress are so adamantly refusing to move to even slow, much less stop, the massive invasion of illegal aliens across our southern border. It’s an excellent question to which there are seemingly myriad answers, many of which are partially correct. However, underlying them all is one that is now fundamental, the driver, that is propelling the juggernaught: the Cloward and Piven strategy.
They’re just overthrowing the Republic that Americans aren’t willing to overthrow themselves. It’s an act of love.
Love or something like it. Cloward-Piven would not last 15 minutes if we had a judicial system composed of judges who actually had READ the Constitution, and ruled accordingly.
FDR had most of his “National Industrial Recovery Act” of 1933 revoked by the Supreme Court, making it necessary to largely recraft the “New Deal” to even make it work. That was a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court, by the way, and its unconstitutionality was based on the usurpation of law-making powers of Congress by the National Recovery Administration, which effectively made FDR a dictator on the order of Benito Mussolini.
