FDR had most of his “National Industrial Recovery Act” of 1933 revoked by the Supreme Court, making it necessary to largely recraft the “New Deal” to even make it work. That was a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court, by the way, and its unconstitutionality was based on the usurpation of law-making powers of Congress by the National Recovery Administration, which effectively made FDR a dictator on the order of Benito Mussolini.
