I have some relatives who are very demonstrative - they would hug the kids in the family, or kiss them on the cheek. None of them would ever think of doing the things that Joe does. That head sniffing behavior of his is weird. If I had a young daughter and an adult male touched her the way that Joe touches girls, then that man would be on the floor...unconscious.

When he became veep, any attack on Biden risked looked like casting aspersions on the man who made him his number two, and the media could not countenance any naysaying about the judgment of the Precious.
