It’s a way to jump ahead of big orders before the big order has a chance to move the market price.

this is old news ... this has been known for years and there’s nothing particularly secret about it ... AND books have already been written about it ... I think Michael Lewis explored this in one of his books several years ago ...

it’s not much different than buying the biggest and fastest computers and the best software engineers on the planet to write the trading algorithms ...

So long as we are in a conspiratorial mood, I would suggest that shortwave, 40 & 20 meters, and low-power FM (<20watts) would be one of the only significant forms of communication not under anyone's immediate control. Cell phone service could be shut down in a blink, the internet also; cable and over-the-air programming will be whatever the government wants it to be.

40& 20M. wire antennas can cover regions and cross oceans on 100 watts, and are small enough to blend in, if that's what you want, unlike 160 & 80 meters or beam antennas which are always going to stand out. Less than 20 watts of FM will reach across a city, could be received by any radio, and are easily concealable in a small mobile kit.

Nothing new here, this has been known for a long time. Way too many words wasted to describe a low latency communications link used by private companies and none of his beeswax.

It’s for the CME. It connects to the Cyrus One Data Center on Eola Rd in Aurora. It cuts several milliseconds off the older fiber route along I-88, which is still used for backup.
