Your conversion hypothesis rests on the assumption that liberals can be converted by reason. This is unlikely because you can’t reason someone out of a position that was not originally a reasoned position to start with. Liberals are what they are for many reasons very few of which are based on logic. Liberals see someone else’s success and rather than look at and emulate the hard work that went into it they think “I’m just as good as he is. I deserve what he has.” This come from a totally unwarranted sense of self esteem that is one of the cornerstones of the liberal personality. And of course they will vote for the candidate that tells them they don’t have to work everyone deserves the good life and if you just vote socialist/Democrat you’ll get that successful guys stuff and we’ll take it from him and give it to you

Liberals cannot be reasoned with. They cannot be bargained with. They can only be destroyed or they will destroy us.

Liberals aren't even on my radar screen. They can't be converted because they have no real beliefs, or core values. They simply follow the herd.

I should have clarified that I am talking about people who (for the most part) are not consistent voters, are agnostic, are old enough to vote for the first time, or are in the group of those who say they don't vote because it does no good.
