After the hosts complained President Trump hadn’t said enough to unify the country, an emotional McCain took it upon herself to apologize for “contributing to the polarization of the country”

Her co-host Sunny Hostin applauded McCain for making that admission, while making a dig at President Trump.

“It takes a big person to say what you just said. [applause] It does. It takes a person of great character to do that. I unfortunately don't know if this president has that kind of character,” she sighed.
