I quit with a patch. Been smoker for 45 years. Did method 1 went to 2 then I was done haven’t smoked in 10 years.

Pod lasts as long as you smoke it. I was a 2pac a day smoker. Was told a pod is equal to 1 pack. I smoke about a pod a day. I think that has to do with the fact you dont actually smoke a cig straight thru but take puffs and pauses. Charging is quick. There is a feature that if you tap it, like a cig it tells you how much charge is left. Red amber green led. I usually charge overnight and may have to charge it once in the evening. To get a few more puffs in. I do like that I can puff in my house. It brings me inside more and no one complains about the vape.

I quit cold Turkey for 12 years and then got back on the wagon after my first wife passed. Then I found myself needing to quit and tried everything under the sun. This was instant. Went to sleep smoking marb menthol and woke up and switched out the cigs with a juul and it was like I never stopped.
True. I am looking forward to the release of the lower dose to try and step down.

Marlboro menthol two packs a day would have one just before going to bed. Had my last one and woke up in the morning and started with the juul
I mean it was like I didnt miss the cigs at all. But if I did that with the patch, or others which I tried I was smoking cigs a day or two later. I think I went 3 days on the patch.

Juul pods have three times the nicotine of vapes that can be sold in Europe and Australia. FDA here is likely to ban flavored vapes, like they did to flavored cigarettes.
The manager at the convenience store I stop at told me 90% of Juul pods there are sold to people with IDs showing 1999 or 2000 birth dates. I also know two older people who say Juul is the only one strong enough to allow them to stop smoking.
I quit cold turkey. Never thought I could do it. It was a medical issue that really pushed me to successfully stop. It’s been over a year now.
I feel like I had a smoke 2 hours ago. ALWAYS. I “kinda want one” all the time.
I can toss in the actual things that made it work if you want. But everyone is different.
Oh I still go through mints like crazy. Whenever I really want one, I pop a mint. Behind the wheel is the toughest, so the mint works well there.
At home... Well, When I got my medical scare I changed everything. I also workout at home too. So I do physical activity whenever I need to .. like after meals and when I get up and stuff.

What flavor pods would you suggest I purchase? Their starter pack lists Virginia Tobacco, Cool Mint, Mango, and Creme Brulee. I don't think I'm interested in the mango and creme brulee.......
