We may now know the real reason that Christine Blasey Ford has come forward to stop Brett Kavanaugh from joining the Supreme Court. She feels that it will affect her wallet. She has written or co-written 8 studies on the abortion pill, known as RU-486, which contains the ingredient mifepristone and is sold under the name of Korlym. It is the one and only product sold by Corcept Therapeutics. Ford works for Corcept Therapeutics and promotes Korlym. Should that product be outlawed by the Supreme Court, the company would likely be out of business. That seems like a very powerful incentive to keep a conservative off the bench.

I couldn't confirm it.
It does seem she may have written some articles (research related papers) on the subject of the abortion pill, but I couldn't find a source that established she actually worked for the producers of the pill.
Best to tread carefully here.
Which is something Gateway Pundit and Lifesite news could have found out if they spent a few minutes looking it up.
Is’nt it even more disturbing- even if one is pro-abortion- that a woman presented to us as unhinged is entrusted to do studies on any medication for women?
Is it her ONLY job right now? How much would she lose?
She does not write the papers. She works on documenting the trial groups from a statistical perspective.
She has worked for a number of different drug companies.
What is driving her accusations, I don’t know. But I would be careful connecting dots where they don’t exist.

Palo Alto University is not an offshoot of Stanford, as much as the media would like you to believe. It’s how they elevate “Dr Ford” as an accomplished person. PAU is an obscure no-name university thats physically very close to Stanford. That’s about it. Oh and it offers only two degrees.
Even in his “loose” days, our own Laz wouldn’t hit that....which would really piss her off.....

Corcept researches and markets mifepristone for non-abortion uses. The worst thing about it may be that they jacked the price for pills in the non-abortion dosage.
