Tommy Robinson: New Charges Tacked On For Tomorrow's Retrial, "I'm going to be put back in prison"

"I'm going to be put back in prison"-Tommy Robinson interviewed by Katie Hopkins of "Rebel Media"

Activist Tommy Robinson was arrested while live streaming outside a child sex abuse trial involving Muslim defendants in Leeds, England on May 25th, tried immediately and jailed for more than two months.

He was freed on August 1st after an appeals court ruling but he faces a new trial at London's Old Bailey tomorrow.

Robinson was drawing attention in his reporting to the "grooming" trials involving large numbers of Muslim defendants and even larger numbers of child victims.

At his May 25th "trial" Robinson wasn't even asked to enter a plea, was summarily judged guilty and sent off to jail for 13 months by Judge Geoffrey Marson. Judge Marson imposed a ban on media reporting about the case but after four days the media ban was lifted with mainstream media claiming Robinson has pled guilty.

At the "trial" Judge Marson was indicating that Robinson's video stream was in violation of his media reporting ban, but Robinson had been trained by lawyers as to what he could or couldn't do with his live streaming from trial locations.

Originally, the retrial of Robinson was set for September 4th but was rolled back to tomrrow (September 27th).

In addition to the reporting ban violations, the British government is now charging Robinson with mentioning the race and ethnicity of the accused and their victims.

A judge will make the final call on guilt or innocence in this trial. Robinson will not get a jury trial which he says would surely exonerate him.

Tommy Robinson's expectations of the outcome of tomorrow's trial as quoted in a German television interview are that he will:

"wake up in a prison cell Friday morning"

Ezra Levant of "Rebel Media" will be in London tomorrow to provide non mainstream media coverage.

The British government keeps it up and the poor British government can't be hurt by the disclosure of all those classified documents related to the "Steele Dossier".

I say dump it all out to expose the rot that rules with the "Conservative Party" in the UK.

All of this is coming right when some are calling for new elections, and it could become an entire election based on BREXIT and Tommy Robinson. Its an incredibly stupid thing if they press on with fresh charges and do a new conviction.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the last straw required for most of England to wake up to the reality they’ve been living in.

And this goes on while the “FEW” and the crews of the HOOD, REPULSE, PRINCE of WALES and thousands of others are still manning their stations. Sorry about that men, you tried.

The Brits really need a Constitution and a Bill of rights so that judges can’t just summarily decree a man guilty based on the judge’s dislike of a person’s beliefs!

I think that the British government will, sooner or later, arrange to have him killed.

He should have escaped the UK to Russia and applied for asylum. Go to work for RT. He could fight more effectively over the airwaves than from a cell.

Britain for all it’s reputation has no free speech tradition. Most of it’s history saying the politically wrong thing would get you killed. They pretty much had a concept of free speech for 4 to 6 decades.

They are regressing to their historic norm.

After several centuries of brutal monarchist repression and murder for speech, Britain enjoyed decent free speech from the 1920s till the late 80s.
But free speech is not a British value.

Who would have ever thought the the Sex Pistols really were correct about the future of England?

A Constitution can be ignored by judges.

Its pretty funny that you can say the same for Russia.

"In any list of deaths(journalists), compiled by monitors inside or outside the country, Russia ranks near the top for deaths."

It can be but it’s still harder and the top Federal judges can be overruled by 3/4th majorities in the house and senate or by new constitutional amendments. Even a judge in this country in ignoring one part of the constitution still has to use other parts of the constitution to back up his reasoning or else get slapped down by higher courts on appeal. Now trial judges at local, state, or district fed court level are especially vulnerable to oversite should they overstep their bounds. A constitution always provides a shadowy influence that all can not totally ignore. A Federal judge is also dependent on the police forces and the bureaucracy to enforce their rulings and if his/her orders are so flagrantly illegal, they are apt to be ignored, held pending appeal, and the judge brought up on charges.

In Britain they have no such protections for the common people. A constitution provides a leavening influence acting between the naked potentially brutal direct power of government and the people “ruled or governed” by it.

Unreal.

Do police and judges go to jail foe noting the race in paperwork? Or is it simply verboten?

Thanks for the Magna Carta and our Founding Fathers. It is too bad that England is in the declining stages of its society.

There are going to be maybe 10,000 people in the street around the Old Bailey tomorrow. It could get really ugly if they put Tommy back in jail.

Hey, Tommy Tommy. Tommy Tommy Tommy Tommy Robinson.
Hey, Tommy Tommy. Tommy Tommy Tommy Tommy Robinson.

I am pretty hard of Britain for good reason - but it seems Canada is in the same camp, charging an Edmonton woman yesterday ...for being a racist. Kid you not. There may be police charges because she told someone to go back to their country. What a shithole I live in.

This is a show trial. The U.K. government is SHOWing the citizens of the U.K. what will happen to them if they speak up in such matters.

Government is all, and the citizens are to obey.
