I’ll let politics get into my decision making process when choosing between two competing products/stores. It’s why I use Lowe’s rather than Home Depot. But who competes with facebook?
That’s the thing about Facebook for me. I’ve never, EVER clicked on an ad or followed any links like that.
There needs to be an alternative, or many alternatives, to facebook. Facebook will only end up with the residue of
customers who are drones and like being spoon fed information that won’t upset them.

I started checking the list of “deleted” facebook accounts.
I stopped when I found the first two on the list have not been deleted.
Wake up people, IWB is click bait territory 100%.
It just proves having one good idea does not make you a genius.

Everyone has the same excuse. They just use it to stay in touch with family and friends.
Vero, Mastedon, Ello, Line, Discord plus dozens of others etc all have communication systems to easily share info among a group of people or individually. Email and text also still work just fine, as well.
