And their obnoxious Yahoo mail is another sore point. You would think they could come up with their own email service instead of relying on the Yahoo leftists.
And then what's with their installers? One guy ran the wire half way around our house. Service would be very flaky every time it rained. It took three different guys until the last one figured out that the first guy stapled through the wire in several places. He ripped out about a hundred feet of perforated cable and replaced it with about 10 feet.
I would drop them but I've had the email address so long, I don't want to go through the hassle of changing.

Great for them. Too bad they refuse to expand their measly 6 meg DSL service so the rest of my subdivision can get internet access, much less upgrade the service. They’ve been offering 6 meg of BW as their fastest service for over 15 years. Dinosaurs!!
