Last week's episode was horrible. This weeks episode was just a fraction better -- but still horrible.
Anybody else finding it difficult to watch and to vest any interest in it anymore?
Going left-ward or just bad writing in general?

just bad in general. The show is going full disjointed. It’s starting to feel like “the prisoner” on an especially bad drug trip. If there is a real solid story going on right now, you could fool me.
Not politics but bad plot line and plot twists. The scenes and plotlines are in random sequence.
Evan Rachel Wood cannot carry her character. So many actors in the series are turning in stellar performances.
Maybe there will be a big payoff for the season finally. One hopes it would be the series finally.
I hallucinated several times in the hospital a couple of years ago from a very high white blood cell count. Enjoyed it immensely for some reason and wish I could remember more of it and describe it to you. LOL
Considering some of the Prisoner's episodes, that's quite a high bar.

I just watched “Fear The Walking Dead.” It was the next to last episode for this season.
The plot, the writing, and the irrational decisions of the characters were so bad I almost turned it off.
I will watch the season finale, but only because I will always wonder what happened if I don’t. After next week, I am done.
Marvel Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is pretty decent.

It’s bad writing but there is plenty of PC politics in it - most bad ass characters are women (except for the man in black). It perfectly fits in line with the filmmaking dictates of the modern feminist movement - no feminine women and all are superior in every skill to men. The sojourn into ancient japan was a meaningless plot twist and in light of the other pc casting, I don’t doubt it was written in to satisfy the liberal producers desire to increase Asian diversity. Don’t waste your time on it. Last weeks episode was enough to get me to turn off. I’m watching band of brothers on demand instead. Now that was a series. Absolutely no pc bullshit and an excellent screenplay.
It’s her acting. She’s brings no complexity to her character, in a word, her character is dull. Wherein the MIB is a complex character, Maeve is a complex character, Bernard is somewhere between a complex character and dull.
My opinion is Maeve has more character, potential, internal conflict. It looks like she’s going to be saved next week by the human male with a developing love/loyalty interest. I hope so, she carried the series for a few episodes and the show would become totally unwatchable if she dies. I’ll just wait for the FAQ to come out rather than watch the rest.
I love classic Japanese movies with Samurai, warlords, the stoic faced Geishas with tragic storylines so I didn’t mind the tip of the hat to that genre, but yes. It seemed to follow no purpose.
This was the worst season ever. NO major characters killed off. Played it totally safe. 100% predictable climax. WORSE to watch from the beginning, to realize all the missed opportunities, especially after last year's excellent windup, using the late Powers Boothe so effectively.
Well, I hate to tell you - but “Fear The Walking Dead” is close to the mid-season break, not the season’s end (I don’t watch it, but my brother does and mentioned this to me just last night). So you have a lot more to go :-).
I gave it up S2,E1.
Try, The Expanse, watch it from the beginning. It’s very good
