Its all over the news that President Trump cancelled the historic meeting with North Koreas Rocket Man, to use the POTUS parlance. However, this is hardly a surprise, especially considering the recent diplomatic tensions between the two countries, which culminated last night with a top Pyongyang apparatchik calling Trumps Vice President Mike Pence a political dummy. The same North Korean diplomat warned that the announced summit between North Korea and the US is called off, as the two countries may soon confront each other in a nuclear-to-nuclear showdown, to quote the delusional soy-boy from the North. Just moments ago, President Trump sent a letter to that crazy fat kid Kim Jong Un, which calls off the Singapore summit announced for June 12th, stating that, let me quote again: based on the tremendous anger and open hostility displayed in your most recent statement, I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting. The world was stunned by the POTUS announcement, as per various talking heads blathering incessantly on the lobotomy box. However, this is just common sense on behalf of Trump, dont you think?

Without a doubt. Keeps him in control, instead of ceding control to little fat boy rocket man.
I got the idea it was a postponement rather than a cancellation.
But, yes.
Yes.
Where’s Kim’s shocked face , they always cave and offer me more stuff ,LOL
A master stroke. Kim needs this meeting far more than Trump does. We have plenty of money, food, and nukes.
The worst thing Trump could have done would have been to cave to the little tyrants tantrum. Thats what all of his predecessors were all about.
The letter was hilarious.
Know when to walk away, but be sure to flaunt your vastly superior nuclear capabilities on your way out.
And, PS, thanks for our hostages back. That was super sweet of you.
If Kim is serious about it he’ll come back. It’s the same thing as Reagan standing up and leaving Gorbachev sitting at the table in Reykjavik.
.....”A master stroke. Kim needs this meeting far more than Trump does”....
Exactly, and the ‘pressure campaign’ continues unabated....
PS. Wondering if the News Reporters from CNN etc. are still in N.Korea? I smell another kidnapping possibility. Kim already made about a million plus just on their visas.
It certainly was common sense for Trump to at least delay the meeting. Pence didn’t help by threatening. I’m sure it made it seem like the US was ganging up on N. Korea.
Pence really IS a dummy. I don’t trust the guy...
I will bet that the meeting will take place in July, and that there will be another with Trump and Kim after that, sometime in Aug or Sept.
Everyone believes this is good, except Kim and the media.
It’s amazing how many people do not understand how to negotiate. The commies unfortunately do
Pence is no dummy...his remark was perfectly timed if you were hearing the dialogue Kims staff had been dishing out.
We’ll starve Kim and his military for a few more months and see if he’s ready to talk then.
I like Pence and I like Bolton. However it appears both of them screwed the NK deal up. Things were looking pretty good before they opened their pie holes.
However that is based on the public view of things. Who knows? Things might have already been hopeless via private communications between NK and DC.
If Kim doesn’t want to play, then bye.
“Pence is no dummy...his remark was perfectly timed if you were hearing the dialogue Kims staff had been dishing out.”
Wrong. There was no good reason for Pence to say anything about it, and certainly not threaten Kim. Let Trump be Trump and stay out of his way. One of the biggest problems this administration has had is the tendency of Trump subordinates to speak out of turn.
When a bunch of democrat liberals say it was a mistake, then you automatically know it was the right thing to do....
Yesterday some of the hand-wringers here were worried Kim was playing Trump. Trump doesn’t get played, he does the playing.
......”certainly not threaten Kim”.....
Wrong..and indirect reminder is certainly acceptable when the stakes are this high and Kim just wants to keep playing with nukes and time.
