Susan Rice’s email: obama thought Trump was a Russian spy and Comey lied

Susan Rice wrote an email and sent it to herself in the minutes during which Donald Trump was inaugurated.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is giving former Obama National Security Adviser Susan Rice until February 22 to answer questions relating to an email she sent to herself prior to exiting from the Obama administration. It occurred during President Trump’s inauguration. The email contains classified information, so it’s a partial disclosure from the Judiciary Committee, but it seems to show that on January 5, 2017, then-President Obama, Vice President Biden, then-FBI Director James Comey, and then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates had a meeting in the Oval Office about the fallout from the Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Here's that letter. It concerned a meeting in which she participated on January 5, 2017. It's very odd.

That Rice would write and send herself a letter at the exact time Trump was being inaugurated is strange by itself. But there are a couple of things that really jump out. One, obama was concerned that the incoming duly elected President was a Russian spy from whom intelligence should be kept:

Former President Barack Obama suggested in January 2017 that information related to a federal probe of Russian election interference might have to be withheld from aides to then-President-elect Donald Trump, according to an internal White House email released Monday by two senior GOP senators.

The warning Obama delivered on Jan. 5, 2017, came during an Oval Office conversation shortly after senior intelligence officials briefed him on Russian cyber-meddling in the 2016 election. It was documented in an email then-national security adviser Susan Rice sent to herself on Jan. 20, the day of Trump's inauguration.

The meeting occurred on January 5 was heretofore was not known to the public. The attendees included "Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Rice deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and (James) Comey."

The very next day Comey met with Trump allegedly to give him a "heads-up" on the dossier which was going to be published in the near future.

Comey being at the meeting is a new revelation. His testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee never mentioned it:

Obama personally ordered the wiretapping of Trumps phones. He likely masturbated whilst listening to Trumps calls.

When Obama refers to the "intelligence community" presumably that just means the hyper-partisan Trump-hating Brennan.

To the extent that this email is accurate, it shows that Comey was colluding with Obama to undermine Trump.

According to the 20th amendment, the term of the President ends at noon on January 20th. So how could Trump become President 13 minutes before Obama's term ended?

It’s falling apart on them and is being exposed more and more. They won’t be able to spin it for much longer. They’ll keep trying to spin it but it won’t work.

“My guess is that Rice is protecting Yates, Obama and the rest of the team and throwing Comey under the bus.”

I think Rice is protecting Herself. Comey has already been run over by about 2 dozen buses. She’s putting her self so tight to Obama that they can’t take her down without taking him down too. I think she feels very burned by how she was thrown to the wolves with the Benghazi lies and she isn’t going down again. So she hugs Obama close, knowing that she can’t take any hits unless they want to nail a former President - the first one not melanin challenged - too.

>> post hoc documents have exculpatory value; <<

That reminds me of a letter I wrote to myself last April 18.

Dear Self,
Don't forget to make an ammended tax return and include all those 1099s you found after you filed your federal tax. I always do everything by the book. I don't want this to be the first year I get in trouble with the IRS.
PS - Don't forget to make a nice donation to the DNC.

Wictor is seldom right about much of anything.

they should reveal to Trump the dossier, but not the spying, which Comey did the next day.

Can't tell from the way this sentence reads whether you think Comey told Trump about the spying. We now know definitively that Comey not only did not tell Trump about the spying, he didn't even tell Trump where The Dossier originated; which leaves open the very real possibility that Comey was implying he could blackmail Trump. "Terrible what's in here, salacious and unverified and all. Be a shame if it got out, Mr. President, but there's this guy in British Intelligence and ..."

Knowing all along that The Dossier had its origins in the Hillary campaign, laundered through CIA, FBI, and ex-MI6 contacts, but not revealing it to the President makes the likelihood that Comey is secretly a white hat very remote indeed. [That is another one of Wictor's "super clever" theories, which lately he's had to pull back on. He still think's Mueller is a good guy. That is almost equally preposterous given Mueller's history, his appointments to the SC staff, and his closeness to Jimmy The Weasel Comey.]

It's rather remarkable that the wizards of smart in the smartest administration in the history of the world (according to Michael Beschloss and other dead-weight "historians") would think an email, roughly as sophisticated as the Chick-Fil-A billboards scribbled by fictional cows would be exculpatory.

But hey, when there is literally nothing so stupid you can say that will insult the intelligence of your base, you wind up talking about terrorist attacks motivated by videos.

Remember, everything Democrats allege about others is projection :

One, obama was concerned that the incoming duly elected President was a Russian spy from whom intelligence should be kept...

Meaning that Obama is an agent of Russia.

Obama is an image, pose and posture, created for the media and America's consumption.......

IOW, Obama is a figment of someone's imagination. But he did have (cough) "friends."

Calypso Louis and his black buddies were on speed-dial, calling the shots for the Halfrican.

Then State Sen Obama hob nobs w/ the Nation of Islam and the Congressional Black Caucus.

The C/B/C suppressed this image to dupe American into voting for Obama as president.

(HAT TIP SEMANTIC) Almost all of the evidence is in. The Obama admin was engaged in:

<><> full spectrum surveillance,

<><> massive civil rights violations,

<><> wide ranging plots to weaken the nation's defenses

<><> sales of state secrets,

<><> sales of critical resources,

<><> simultaneously enriching themselves,

<><> undermining the safety and security of Americans.

Summing up...... espionage, a capital crime.

85% of NSA searches by Obama Were Illegal
Freedom Outpost ^ | 01-24-2018 | Tim Brown
FR Posted on 1/24/2018, 4:10:09 PM by ReformedMedia

In trudging through the FISA document that came to light on Tuesday, it was discovered that the National Security Agency had been illegally conducting searches on people in the US. The document has gone on to state that those illegal searches, which were conducted under Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, mounted to a whopping 85% of the total searches involving US person indentifiers.

Section 702 data on US persons identifiers may be conducted if they are first “approved in accordance with [internal] NSA procedures, which must require a statement of facts establishing that the use of any such identifier as a selection term is reasonably likely to return foreign intelligence information.” The problem is that querying US persons without a warrant amounts to a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment, no matter what “internal NSA procedures” are followed.

The Fourth Amendment is crystal clear:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

On page 81, the FISA report pointed out that “In May and June 2016, NSA reported to oversight personnel in the ODNI and DOJ that, since approximately 2012, use of [redacted] to query communications in [redacted] had resulted in inadvertent violations of the above-described querying rules of Section 702 information.”

The NSA claims that “the violations resulted from analysts not recognizing the need to avoid querying datasets for which querying requirements were not satisfied or not understanding how to formulate [redacted] queries to exclude such datasets.” more at freedomoutpost.com ...
