With the new developments coming out late Friday in the pre-trial phase for the FBI agent accused of lying about the shots he fired moments before LaVoy Finicum died, you may missed it all.
The 32-page document is a federal government response to a move by Agent W. Joseph Astarita to have the charges against him dismissed.
We learned that the FBI had the Oregon State Police SWAT team not wear their body cams as is standard procedure and that the FBI did not want Oregon shooting investigators to record interviews with FBI agents involved when LaVoy Finicum was shot dead.

A pistol stolen 2 years prior was planted on his body.<P
He’d been shot 9 times.
Where’s my “suicide by cop” Freeper? Make no mistake, right or wrong Finicum was fighting for freedom. Respect that.
Does the fbi have the authority to compel local/state police to remove bodycams? They can be forced to violate protocol?
Or did they just buckle under pressure?
This really stinks to high Heaven.
The FBI’s ‘Hostage Rescue Team’ was sent out form Quantico, VA. That’s McCabe’s territory.
It was an ordered hit job.
I’ll go out on a limb and claim McCabe ordered the hit job for Clinton/Reid.
All LaVoy was trying to do was keep on going to reach Grant County, Oregon and Sheriff Glenn Palmer, known as a constitutional sheriff.

Be very afraid if they are coming to the “rescue”.
FBI is good at five things:
1. Killing woman.
2. Murdering children.
3. Burning babies.
4. Ambushing unarmed patriots.
4. Running like hell away from armed men.
Dirty law enforcement agents hurt all levels of public trust and justice image. All law enforcement needs to be honest or public trust will be gone and with what’s going on in Washington at this time who can trust anything coming out of the FBI. Thank you Hillary and associates.
