A federal appeals court decided unanimously Monday that minor immigrants who are in the country without legal authorization are not entitled to government-paid lawyers in hearings that could lead to their deportation.
A three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an immigration judge's decision to deny asylum to a minor identified as C.J.L.G., who left Honduras at age 13 after being threatened by gangs.

Democrats don’t do “pro bono”. They use rulings like this to line the pockets of friendly law firms who dutifully kick back a part of the profits in campaign contributions. Mueller’s Russia investigation is primarily about trying to get Trump, and partly about letting Democrat lawyers bilk millions from US taxpayers under a Republican administration.

So this means the ACLU can’t bill US taxpayers for representing Illegals, right?
I heard there might be some counter law suits going after Mueller.

SUGGEST we FIRST pass legislation to care for those US Citizens who seek to destroy no matter how long an unborn has been in the womb. We FAILED to do that yesterday. WHY? Murder has no bounds.
The generous Democrat Party that LOVES illegals should be happy to pay all the legal bills to keep their future voters here. The rest of us are pleased as punch with this ruling that will save some major tax dollars.

But it is the only decision that makes sense.
The illegals technically are not at risk of punishment. Being returned to their homeland can not technically be considered punishment or a denial of rights. As foreign nationals they have no right to be in the the United States.
People that want to immigrate here legally have to pay for their own immigration lawyers. No way should we pay for lawyers for the illegals.
“Government-paid lawyers” for illegals.
