It’s gotta be better than what was released in the theaters.

47-Minute, Womanless Cut Of ‘The Last Jedi’ Sends Media & Liberals Into Triggerland

What used to be called a hissy-fit. How appropriate.

"...and the pink-haired admiral played by Laura Dern. "

Hey, I'd be happy to serve under her.

When we watch “Breaking Bad” or “Better Call Saul” I skip through any Female Touchy-Feeling interpersonal Cap. makes for much better viewing.

I watched it. It made no sense unless you watched the original cut.

They basically cut out all the SJW stuff and the scenes where the selfless female saved the day while the men did basically nothing but die impotently.

Definitely the worst Star Wars movie ever made. They would have been better off never making this one and ending the franchise. Even better; put out a press release apologizing for this major blunder of a movie saying they are working on the real one to replace it.

an insurgence of men’s rights activists in the geek community.

Geeks are, by definition, men. Sticking up for their own rights isn't an insurgency.

The most recent Star Wars film has crashed and burned in China.

It fell to second place in its second week, and the opening week was significantly below expectations.

China, as I recall, has been the number one international market for USA films for quite a few years now.

The failure in China will translate into several hundred million dollars in lost revenue.

The reason for the China failure?

According to Chinese marketing experts, the Chinese don't understand or care about the historical links to Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia, which dominate the plot.

Personally, I doubt that.

Mark Hamill and Carrie Fischer were completely average actors in the first trilogy, and they did not improve with age, or with the new politically correct plot and script, or with the fact that Hamill portrayed an angry and bitter old man in The Last Jedi.

I was surprised years ago when my wife really went after these characterizations of women as warriors. She made the remark that we were in trouble when the time comes that we have to rely on an “Amazon” army!!!

I don’t mind Rey, and I like Laura Dern, but I have no problem completely removing that entire Finn/Rose subplot. It was 100% pointless and very, very boring.

Finn should’ve been killed at the end of TFA or his character should’ve been significantly altered in the last movie.
