It's pronounced like this: bai tzo-woa, with a high tone on the bai and rising tone on the last syllable. Also, you don't fully say the final 'a', you cut off before it becomes a fully pronounced "ah".

So far I fortunately have not had cancer except for a small melanoma on my left elbow that I rested on my car door as I drove. But I guess I would try that since nothing else is available. That is if I could actually bring myself to eat them. 8>)
