The windows open 6 inches or so on the lower floors of the hotel.

It is reported that the lower floor windows open. Especially the fourth floor where they had reports of a second shooter.

Hotel staff is covering up the second room. Cleaned it upa nd everything. They’re in on it.
Couldn’t be the fact that guy was switching guns and windows and ricochets and echoes were flying everywhere.
