Fact is, hunters use suppressors for one reason: deer don't use hearing protection. Shooting them, gutting them, and skinning them out is bad enough, do we really need to deafen them as well? I thought not!
Some poachers use homemade supressors to keep people from hearing them. Could be just a two liter soda bottle attached with duct tape.

Any any federal agency there are employees that are secretaries, budget, contracts, AA types, trainers, cleaning crew, facilities (light bulb changers), and a vast number that are hired to get in the way and say no. Only 15-20 percent do the core function and half of them are stupid. Okay more than half.
