Current events have put the Sig Sauer P320 in the crosshairs. While the drop safety may fail, these memes certainly dont disappoint those who are saying I told you so to their Sig-loving buddies. Anyways, here are the twelve Sig memes:
On second thought, better not drop that gun
See potholes in roads can be quite dangerous
if you are carrying a P320
Stand back, there is a Sig in the room
The meeting of the minds

My wife has a P238. Hope it doesn’t have this problem. She really likes it.
Funny
I like these memes, and other than the drop issue I like the Sig.
As a Glock lover, I know I’m in no position to criticize another firearm. Glocks are “reliable”. That means if there is a round in the chamber and you pull the trigger, they will fire. Someone clever put the safety on the trigger [I thought that was a joke/spoof that had gone viral the first time I heard where the Glock safety was] so you cannot forget to release it when you want to shoot.
As a 1911 lover, I know I’m in no position to criticize another firearm. My 1911 has a design much older than I am. In its defense, I can still hear the melodious coaching of Gunny making helpful suggestions on how to hold that .45 when shooting. My 1911 feels like an extension of my arm, and I shoot beautiful groups, on target, quickly and almost without having to aim. I look at the sight picture, but it’s already aligned when I look. Great gun!
Okay, I’m not an S&W 500 lover. However, I see its appeal for concealed carry. Perhaps concealment requires more work than most firearms. Perhaps over-penetration is a consideration. But that S&W wins in stopping power. Anyone you hit with a .50 cal is going to stay down.
...I like these memes, and other than the drop issue I like the Sig...
The first Ruger LCP .380s had the drop issue. They were recalled, modified, and quickly returned with an extra thumb extension magazine included. . That problem was resolved in all later builds.
5000 rds, including steel, no jams...P320
2000 rds, P229 Legion, no jams, and, lots of joy and giddiness during those rounds.
Each of these, about 10 diff manufactured rounds. 9mm.
I’m not sure what the hate is. They are made up north in that weird state where voters cross over from Mass and vote illegally...but the guns are made in the U.S.
Sig’s are quality pieces. Like my Browning and my Dan Wesson, I dont drop them.
No need to hate Sigs or Glocks just because they are Sigs or Glocks. All manufacturers have made mistakes. Beretta I am talking about you. I mostly own Rugers because they are, well, cheaper but function perfectly. My only kick on Sigs is that I do think they cost more than they are worth. But it’s all subjective and I would never criticize anyone for their gun choice.
If you want total selfdefense reliability you get a wheel gun anyhow.
The main thing I have against Rugers is that every single one has a gigantically YUGE disclaimer warning engraved right on the barrel! Obviously the result of someone stupid being stupid with one of their firearms.
Super Blackhawk with the plow handle is a reflex shooter! Hard to beat!
Because you've never had a primer blow out and lock up the gun?
Actually. No. Never. Not in 50 years of shooting.
.
My wife has a 228, and she loves it.
Flawless.

>> “No. Never” <<
Ditto!
.
My experiences have been with .44 magnums, but I've spoken with other shooters who have experienced it in smaller calibers.
Easier to fix in a double action (Smith) than a single (Super Blackhawk).
When people point out Glocks can be unsafe if you get something caught in the trigger guard fans just say “well be more careful.”
But no one is saying “Well just don’t drop it” about the Sig. Strange double standard.
WTF, know no one that hates Sig. Many, like myself, just cannot afford a gun that expensive.
All good Points!
You have seen My posts.
Not with any I’ve used!
I’m waiting for a chain fire on my Dragoon!
