I just watched a video from Infowars and Alex Jones. He had Attorney Joni Turner on to talk about her current lawsuit against CNN alleging they have put the lives of Trump supporters in danger. Turner is filing the lawsuit against CNN for calling Trump voters racists and “white supremacists by default.”
Turner plans on using “menacing” and “cyberbullying” laws to go after the so-called “bonafide news organization” in federal court and ultimately the Supreme Court.
She goes on to say it is worse than we even know at this time. Alex Jones is to join Joni Turner in the lawsuit. Not only that, he is filing his own lawsuit, as he has been harassed in the media to the point he has lost millions in revenue.
Mike Cernovich was also on with Alex’s show. He revealed that the media had, in fact, gone to the doors of his neighbors telling them they had a Nazi living next to them.
Joni says the following: “You get into federal court by a couple of ways. One of the most common ways is the plaintiff who is suing is in a different state than the defendant that you are suing for more than $50,000. Okay, well we meet that threshold so we can get into federal court with this.”
