Californians, gird your loins in anticipation of the tax onslaught.

While California drowns in debt, its public schools are failing and ranked with some of the lowest reading scores in the country, criminals are being let out of prison and jails and crime is spiking, water is cut off to our farmers, illegal aliens and “refugees” are arriving in droves as Democrats are trying to pass legislation making California a sanctuary state, one dam we know of may still blow apart (who knows about the rest…), bridges are falling down, highways are crumbling, and Democrats flout federal election laws by allowing millions of illegals to vote, Jerry and his corrupt Democrats in the statehouse (and feckless Republicans) are introducing bills at lightning speed to add regulations, massive tax increases, more gun control, restricting more freedoms, all while prattling on about climate change and nuclear war.

Patriots need to bear in mind that California has failed because Congress has failed imo.

"Article I, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government [emphasis added], and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Although Trump is accomplishing a LOT as president, it remains that since the uniparty Congress wants to get rid of him that his first two years in office are arguably for practice. That being said ...

Drain the swamp sewer! Drain the sewer!

Remember in November 2018 !

Since corrupt Congress is the biggest part of the sewer (imo) that Trump wants to drain, it is actually up to patriots to drain the sewer in the 2018 elections, patriots supporting Trump by electing as many new members of Congress as they can who will support Trump.

In the meanwhile, patriots need to make sure that there are plenty of Trump-supporting candidates on the primary ballots.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to make sure that candidates are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed here.

Also, unlike incumbent members of Congress who wrongly remained silent while misguided state officials abridged the constitutionally enumerated rights of citizens during the lawless Obama Administration, patriots need to make sure that candidates on the 2018 primary ballots commit to the following.

Candidates need to commit to making and enforcing 14th Amendment-related laws to prosecute misguided state officials who use state powers to abridge constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment-protected religious expression and free speech for example, such actions prohibited by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

”14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

I’ll just stay here in the AZ/NM area until the stupid CA Lying Leftists tax themselves into oblivion and someone with half a brain decides to take CA back to freedom and limited government.

AZ & NM are nice places to live, so in the meantime, I’ll just visit CA from time to time.

I’m amazed at the number of FReepers who have no idea of how a Confidence (Con) crime is committed.

There are also many who have no idea how the levels of government in our nation work.

These morons don’t even know the meaning of the term ‘fiscal responsibility’. They piss away money like there’s an endless supply and seek to cripple any business that is successful. Except, of course for their benefactors in Hollywood who fund their madness and have purchased exemptions through campaign contributions.

So glad our daughter decided to bail on this state last year, albeit 1500+ miles away. She misses having her parents reasonably close by, but loves her new state.

In the meantime, we’ll just visit. At this point, CA is a wonderful place to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there.

There are millions more PEOPLE in CA than AZ & NM combined. So what else is new?

Hey, I’m FROM CA, was born there, and lived there for 60 years until I couldn’t afford to live there anymore. The problem is CA needs enough good guys to outnumber the Delusional Lying Leftists and gain enough political muscle to change fascist CA into a free republic. Until then, I’ll bide my time where I am.

People just love to paint us with a broad brush when most of them don't understand the demographics we're up against here. Large minority populations in all of the coastal big cities that vote reliably democrat. If they really wanted to find evidence of voter fraud they need look no farther than Ca. We lead the country in that I'll bet.

I get rather tired of hearing people who want to wall us off or have us drop into the Pacific ocean. I don't say that about say, Massachusetts and it's almost as bad as here.

You could write volumes about the damage liberal communist politicians have done to us here but it's certainly not the fault of reliable conservative voters like myself and there's a lot of people here like me.

Well, again, “us” includes “me” from birth to sixty years old so I know something whereof I speak.

And again, so far there’s not enough “reliable conservative voters” like you and I to change the political landscape for whatever reason.

They priced me out of CA. Once out, I discovered some other nice places to live. If CA ever gets their political act together, I may consider moving back.

I didn’t say that you don’t understand our demographics here, as you obviously do. What I’m saying is most of the people who rag on us don’t and wish us all ill will. Lumping us all together in the same rotten basket of fruit with the liberals, whom we hate with a passion.

I’ve been here fighting against these bastards for over 40 years. Do people like me, who are millions, get any credit for that? Not at all.

We actually have a strong candidate for governor named Travis Allen, a conservative assemblyman from Huntington Beach. Maybe people here have enough and will be willing to give a conservative a chance again.

But we also have a mixed primary where Democrats and Republicans all run and the top to vote getters go on to the general election. Thats how our US Senate choices last year was between two women Democrats.....As the polls stand now, the 2018 governors race will be between two radical progressive Democrats: Gavin Newsome vs Antonio Villaregosa. God help us.
