Chanelle Helm, a self-described “organizer” who happens to engage in activist activities has written a hate-fuelled diatribe against white folks, and more specifically it seems against white men. Published in the Leo Weekly, she lists ten things that “should change” about modern America.
The list includes requests that white folk either leave their property after death to brown or black families, or that they downsize and move out of their home, giving it over to a non-white family. And if that’s not enough, whites should also be cutting back their monthly budget where possible and sending that “saved” money to a “land purchasing” project for black folk.
She is either being satirical (although to what point I can’t quite fathom) or she is utterly deranged. Does she really believe that only brown and black people have “generational poverty” and that white folk are all well off.

Isn’t “demand” what toddlers and spoiled children do to get more candy and toys?
Their “demands” have no credence with Americans. What are they going to do about it? Burn a cop car?
Blacks are currently 13% of the population...BLM, much smaller than that?
What “jihad” are they going to pull to put their demands into motion.
Are you going to “give” your home to another person because their skin is black, or brown? I’m not.
I don’t have much, but what I do have, I’ve worked for many years to acquire, and pay for. “Demands” got nothing to do with “Deserving”. And even less to do with privately owned property.
I’ll burn it to the ground before I’d give it away for free, based on race.
How about this bigot and her ilk leaving the USA and going to an African country where Blacks run everything and own everything? Why stay in a country you hate?
Now we are getting to the heart of the matter. Give land... give property.
So we have two possibilities, and it’s obvious which one he believes. (I tend to consider that it’s a imbalanced combination of both)
1) Racism has been rampant all throughout american history, and never even mitigated after all civil rights, changes, and welfare that has occurred, and brown-skinned people are still being effectively suppressed on a large scale
2) Brown-skinned people have a figurative chip on their collective shoulder, and even though there is a large fraction of them who have found success and worked their way into land/property ownership and a good life, comparatively speaking they resist the ‘cultural pressure’ to work for their own stake in this world and this country and insist on being given everything that everyone else already has.
Isn’t that like.....racism?
So, take your suburban home in good shape and give it to “coloreds”.
And how would said people pay the taxes, and even keep the house resembling the initial condition?
It would immediately become a dilapidated dump, with the lawn covered in cars, and junk, the rest of the gardens over-run with weeds and vermin.
Sure....just what everyone else who lives there wants to see.

Yup. I read the screed, and that’s what it’s about: based on skin color alone, certain people should hand over manifestations of wealth valued well north of $100,000 to other certain people based on skin color plus their demonstrable inability to manage wealth. She started out rather polite about it (”White people, if you don’t have any descendants, will your property to a black or brown family ... that lives in generational poverty”), but soon can’t contain her true thoughts (”get a racist fired. Yaw know what the f*ck they be saying.”)
There’s a reason why she’s demanding handouts, and it shows. That attitude, incoherence, and profanity does _not_ lead to productivity & success.
Without white men there can not be no white “whores”,”bitches” and “freaks”

The entire leftist narrative, the statues, rioting, Trump hate, immigration, murder of police officers, mob rule, etc. is based on anti-white bigotry and should be labeled as such at every opportunity.
I believe there are people out there who will give their houses away and send in money to the buy-black-people-land fund.
Problem with their “Gibs me dats” attitude is if we fail to give it to them, they’ll continue to try stealing it anyway. Looks like their demands are to “legalize” stealing to avoid jail time.
