I asked my source inside the Phoenix Police Department about the chances of another riot. He acknowledged the City of Phoenix is very political but assured me the PPD is professional and non-political. He was firm in saying, "the PD is going to protect and mitigate."

My source said Penzone has instructed the police to stand down with regard to the anti-Trump protestors.To bad for Penzone. He doesn't have authority over the Phoenix Police Department.

Anyone wearing masks to obscure who they are should be treated as robbers,and arrested or removed from the area. It is not like they are burkas. If you are not trying to hide yourself,why not just show your criminal face to the world.
