The events in Charlottesville and the media-hyped aftermath of it are being used to destroy the Trump presidency. All mainstream media guns are being pointed at the president in an effort to paint him and his followers as racists and bigots, thereby proving their point that this man is not suited for the office of the presidency.
Give me a break.
Propaganda news like NBC and NPR have no interest in reporting the facts about Charlottesville. They have chosen their distorted narrative and are sticking to it. Interviews of politicians on both sides of the aisle but mostly on the left are being used to produce their concocted result that this was all Trump’s fault somehow.
So the story goes… It was Trump’s fault for stirring up this racist crowd during the campaign last year. His tagline to “Make America Great Again” and put “America First” empowered these individuals to come out of the woodwork and impose their bigotry on the world. However, this is not the case.

If some kind of Civil War happens, we are screwed because it would be the perfect opportunity for a foreign enemy to Nuke the U.S. and we would be weakened against retaliation to the enemy who sent the nukes.
Correction. "The events....are being used to TRY to destroy...". This, too, will fail as all previous attempts have. The anti-Trump crybabies never learn.
The purpose of the Democrat Party is to elect thieves to public office to allow them access to the public treasuries in order to loot them.

They start seeing that thievery leads to prison, they’ll get real quiet.
There have always been anarchists and bombers. Wobblies come to mind as early bomb throwers. The difference is that outside forces are now financing them and social media has allowed them to aggregate into mobs. Probably most of the mobs are similar to soccer hooligans in the UK; just out for the fight. This amplifies the anarchist’s impact.
I think the solution is to use the law to go after the enablers like Democratic politicians who call off the police and people who finance, like Soros and silicon valley types trying to be socially relevant (while they sit at home and sip cappuccinos.) The next thing to hit is the protest industry. Somebody prints those signs and makes those paper Mache effigies and set up bus rides and motels. They make good money at it.
Years ago a company I worked for was being protested daily. The protesters were always dropped off a block away, handed a box lunch and signs. Then, you could see them at five o’clock lining up to wait for the bus home.
If this happens what will us OLD people do?
The point we are at is that if you support Trump, you will be labeled a Nazi and possibly fired.
Trump hasn’t helped his own cause much, but he is far from a National Socialist.
By pushing people who don’t agree with the Control Left beyond the pale, they (the CTRL L) are actually making the true neo Nazi’s life easier.
I honestly think Trump is in trouble, and has a higher risk of being removed from office than many here would admit. However, that isn’t the thing that worries me the most. What worries me is the person who will step in after Trump is gone.
The Left is getting wilder and wilder, the right is starting to play by the rules that the left did ten years ago. Fringe elements of both are attacking, and killing, each other.
At some point, no one in power will be able to control things. They have arranged for an explosion, and by tapping on the side of the can they have arranged to be there when it happens.
We could still walk back a bit. Still ratchet it down. But the left (and the GOPE) want Trump gone so badly they will not stop. I suspect they think they can turn off Antifa once the goals are met. They won’t. They also think that they can silence opposition on the right by calling them fascist. That might not work out the way they want either. Reactions take on a life of their own if you don’t modulate them correctly. In the parlance of my people, it is all fun and games till Karl starts an explosive polymerization in the fume hood.
In other words, you get to the point were the reaction can not be stopped.
Good point. We will prevail in the end. However, when it comes to Civil War II, I think are now in the Bleeding Kansas phase.
If only I could believe that. I think they'll believe that they need to ratchet up their nastiness.
DJT is giving politicians a tough lesson in representative democracy and they aren’t taking it well.
The Left are absolutely intolorant. They feel ascendant. THey respect no Law, no Tradition and no one. So...yeah...War it is.

Trump needs to arrest those financing the riots by the democrat party. Would help if he called them out as well and point out all the fake protests like occupy wall street are from the democrat party. He also needs to fire every clinton and obama holdover.

I’ convinced that SOMEONE with significant power is pushing us to a hot civil war. It may be Soros. It may be someone else. Heck, it may be Satan himself.
But it’s pretty clear that that is what is going on here.
My gut tells me it’s time for Christians to start being a little less Christian.
I can’t help but think that this craziness will, in the end, not play well for democrats. Only the leftest of the left will continue to support this abominable wave of national destruction.
