Where is Nandos in the US? Have you seen their Last Dictator Standing or Diversity ads? Hilarious!

I love Pret a Manger in London - there are also some in NYC, Chicago and elsewhere, but they need to be in Texas!

They changed the menu in NYC - you can’t get Coronation Chicken or Cheddar Cheese and Branston Pickle, just the usual American sandwiches. So I only use them when I’m in London.

I love Tim Hortons coffee. You can buy it in some US stores, but it’s pricey.

We have at least one here in Northern VA - at One Loudoun.
I usually at eat the one at Canary Wharf when I travel to London.

I went to Tech school with a gal from Japan.
When she was still in high school in Japan she had friends
that toured the US for the first time.
When her friends returned home to Japan they said they
surprised to see McDonald’s in the US.
(they thought McD’s was a Japanese thing)

Tim Horton’s is okay, but it couldn’t complete with Dunkin in New England.

11 is kind of dumb. There are hundreds of Tim Horton’s shops in US border States.
They are very good too.

Right. I miss those. There was one across the street from the main gate of my campus in Istanbul.

You need Doner kebab shops. You got that right. There are a few around Houston, but they are awful compared to Germany.
One of the highlights of every trip my wife and I take through Berlin.
