At the University of Albany, three black students claimed that they were the victims of phsyical assault and racial slurs.
However, forensic evidence (twelve different security cameras – some with audio) proved that they had been lying. There was no hate crime. It was all fake. In addition, it turned out that all three of the black”victims” had themselves committed assault against whites.
When Hillary Clinton had thought this was a real hate crime by whites against blacks, she – justifiably so – criticized the people who had allegedly committed it, saying “There’s no excuse for racism and violence on a college campus.” But now that forensic evidence has proven that it was a fake hate crime, Clinton refuses to criticize the black people who carried out the hoax, despite the fact that these black people were filmed on video committing assault against whites.
Likewise, the hundreds of hypocrite social justice warriors who had – justifiably so – gotten mad and protested when they had thought it was a real hate crime, are now being silent now that it has been proven that it was a fake hate crime, again, despite the fact that the black hoaxers were filmed on video committing assault against white people.
And as far as the black people who committed this fake hate crime? They are getting zero time in jail, despite the fact that all three of them had committed assault against white people.
There is a huge double standard going on here.

I do not believe there should be such a thing as a “hate” crime. The thing is a crime is a crime already.
That said if we can’t do away with hate crimes they should go both ways. If whites assaulting blacks is a hate crime; it should also be a hate crime if blacks assault whites.
Liberals are the real racists, everything is about race to them, they bring it into every issue. On another board I am on a poster was whining about O being burned in effigy- she was comparing that to the dim that shot at Republicans at the baseball field. In her mine it was worse that Obama was burned in effigy or whatever. I told her to google Bush burned effigy and take note of how often it happened. She informed me that it didn’t matter if Bush was burned in effigy, it is far worse if a black like O is burned in effigy. ???
We are not supposed to judge based on the color of skin but the libs constantly do just that. They are indeed the real racists.

Actually this is again in the news as the three perps were given a “walk” earlier today.
This is not evidence of a double standard. The categorical imperative for the left is anything that destroys traditional culture and true morality.
When the fraud fell apart it was no longer of any interest to progressives. They are not concerned with justice, racism, or any of the many issues they tentatively suppport. Their only interest lies in destroying tradition and the law.
