I think what she did is toxic for regular Americans. But I seriously doubt that most people in the entertainment industry saw anything offensive at all. They spew hate on a daily basis. I think the tide has changed, but there are a few other groups on the left that if they had been surveyed before that happened would have have supported Griffin. They probably still do, but not vocally.
