What the hell kind of name is “Linwood”?
I’ve only heard that name once before, a Linwood Cobb - the corrupt Eric Cantor lieutenant whose deposition was a preview to the election upset of the century.
He got the name “Linwood” from his mom’s father, Linwood Holton, who was a John Lindsay Republican who was elected governor of VA back in the 1970s. As I recall, Linwood Holton backed Jimmy Carter and virtually every Democrat at the federal and state level since then.
Probably a family name. Knew a kid named Allwood who also went by Woody.
