That adds another 3.5 miles to the trip across.

The most important segment is the foundation and re-bar.
Install the Bollard Steel structure.

Then, put up temporary wooden forms on both sides and pour concrete.

That is how I see Building erected, steel first, the the cladding

The President gets more cooperation from the President of China than he does from that bunch of hacks.

That is perfectly said M.M.

Post guards and shoot crossers on sight. Illegal crossing stops very very quickly.

From your lips to the Presidents ears.

Our Governor, Paul LePage authorized the killing of drug dealers, since then drugs in Maine have fallen like a rock.

Kill the dealer, scatter the drugs, take the spoil and feed the fowls of the air and the beast of the field.

The Governor never said, killem and call the coppers.

> What happened to this?

1) It was an opening bid in negotiations
2) Congress prefers a wide, empty, unguarded border (even Rs) And congress has control of the money needed for the wall
3) Negotiating an agreement when one side starts with “a big beautiful wall” and the other starts with “an empty field” takes a while.

“. . . we don’t have the stomach for it.” Don’t be so sure. We could try it for a while and see.

“It’s useful. It is just ridiculously short.”...........

The wall was built for what it was intended, another odumbo “photo opp”.

Thanks, KC. This is patently obvious and yet many of our fellow freepers think the president is a magician who by the snap of his fingers can erect a wall.

I seriously thought the Congress/Senate would fall in once he was in the Oval Office. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Why do you care? You didn't support Trump anyway. --------------------------------------------------------

I support Cruz and any loss by NY liberal Trump is a good thing in my book. But to describe DC and WY as “major primary losses” is ridiculous. CA, NY and FL are major. DC and WY are asterisks.

You are yet another one of those Never Trumpers worming their way back here from the "GOP Briefing Room forums" the past few days.

What, are you guys getting bored being so irrelevant over there, or something?

Haven’t you guys seen the reports about the bidding process? Prototypes are going up this summer in Southern California.

And the icing is the recent 2% tax on wire transfers of money to Mexico.

News reports indicate that illegal immigration has dropped sharply since President Trump’s inauguration, even though no progress has been made in building the wall.

I don’t think there is anything in place regarding the 2% transfer fee.
Talk maybe but nothing official as far as I know.

Put out a call for volunteers-—

They will show up in drives—with their own transportation, guns & ammo.

They will stop current invaders & PROTECT the construction of the wall which is waaaay overdue.

Yup. That is EXACTLY what is required. Enough with this mamby-pamby, half assed, flimsy stuff.

According to a documentary I saw; these see through 20 foot tall metal barriers are the preferred choice of the Border Patrol because they can see through them, they are extremely sturdy, and it takes a lot more than a set of tin snips..

Maybe too easy to climb.. Need Razor wire at top with 20000 volts... Sign at bottom warning do not cross in Russian..
