Roll the dice, pay the price
Uh oh. Michael Moore has a problem on his hands. The glorious utopia known as Venezuela - a country where socialism has wreaked such havoc that prisoners are literally eating each other - has illegally seized a General Motors factory. Will Moore run down there to fight for the workers, or will he stand up to support his favorite form of government?
Only time will tell. For now, here’s the report from Reuters:

This is just the beginning of the next phase of their downward spiral into oblivion. This will not end well, and the end is quickly approaching.
This is what communists do. GM was stupid to remain in Venezuela after it became obvious that it was a communist country. This is the inevitable result.
1st tenet of communism, is that the means of production must be in the hands of the collectivity.
I’m actually surprised that this hadn’t already happened years ago.

What, precisely, will they do with stolen manufacturing plant. None of those will function without extensive input/output organizations.
Magical thinking. “We take it over and it works just like before!”
Just call it the cannabis factor. “I think it, therefore it am.”
There’s a lesson here about producing in the United States, should anyone care to learn it.
Look for Mexico to do the same thing once The Wall gets started and remittances are being taxed.
The second Gulf War extended the life of the “Bolivarian Revolution” through abnormally high oil prices. Without that it would have collapsed long before.
