As someone without TV since 1997, I’ve seen them as left for about a decade now. They are just not as “left” as the other clown networks.
But it appears they’ve come out of the closet.
Unfortunately here in SoCal Spectrum doesn’t give that channel so will just watch it online..Fox News has been going left for a while but firing O Reilly based on BS accusations just shows how far they are willing to go to appease the progressive left..what next, some woman coming forward to say that Sean Hannity touched her boob..ya know its coming..anytime you see Gloria Allred and her whore daughter on TV just show you are being played
They’ve made enough money off of rube conservatives by now. So they can shift left and party hardy with their chums in Manhattan and in DC.
I guess my angle is this...
Harassment - one word not two ;) is very serious and with Bill and Algis it shows a pattern. Fine they settle the cases, they fire some of people. Move on, everyone behave.
But why if you are #1 on Cable news for a reason do you purposely turn left?
You replace Bill with the next up and coming, like Jesse Waters or Tucker or Bowling. Fox has done well with a Farm Team concept to develop talent.You don’t go find the next biased Wolf Bitzer or Don Lemon. Nobody will watch. Why kill your formula? Stupid is as stupid does.
I believe in free market of ideas and business. I have a hard time buying that this is a big “Ministry Of Truth” dreaded Left Wing Conspiracy, that we have to kill Fox News as they are the Trump mouth piece blah blah blah.
That Left Wing bias doesn’t sell and we all know it.
My other question... Will Bill sue them for wrongful termination? If he fights an accuser and wins, he has a case as any other settlement has a no admission of guilt clause. He might have a clause in his contract that says they can dump him at will. Yea advertisers might have been dumping Bill, but he still had plenty of commercials during his hour of TV. More than I cared to watch. So I saw no effect. Advertisers see ratings and demographics.
Fox had a perfectly good opportunity to settle this amicably.
Some 95% of the personal woe in this world is self-induced.
I cut the cable four years ago and only stream shows and broadcast tv over the internet to the roku. Don’t get Fox News and don’t miss it.
My remote took a turn to the OFF button and I won’t be watching FNC.

While it is not necessarily true that O'Reilly's firing was a set-up, and that Fox is veering left, it could be true regardless of what it will mean in lost viewers. Never underestimate the stupidity of companies who put their political beliefs ahead of profit. We've seen a slew of left-leaning companies do stupid things over the past couple of years (Target and the bathroom thing, Starbucks vowing to hire "10,000 immigrants", the Grubhub CEO and that Spice Co. CEO saying that they didn't even want customers who voted for Trump, et al). Sure, it would be stupid of the younger Murdochs to piss on their base, but it doesn't mean they won't. Rich arrogant guys think they know everything, particularly libs.
How many lefties will leave MSNBC for the new Fox? How many of their remaining decent Americans will stay with Fox if they become Hillary cheerleaders? I wonder how profitable a business decision this will be in the long run.

Yeah, I just walked into our kitchen and saw that “Outnmbered’s” new leftist is Marie Barf, who was Obola’s “spokesperson” at the State Department. Fox News days are numbered now with the Murdock “boys” in charge.
