This is just too good to be true. This poor woman, Evelyn Farkas, “leaks” the whole story to MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski. Talk about putting your foot in your mouth…wow, did she ever do that! Below is some of the very important transcript taken from the show in which Farkas speaks:
“The Trump folks, if they found out how we knew what we knew about the Trump staff dealing with Russians, that they would try to compromise those sources and methods, meaning we would not longer have access to that intelligence.”
“I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more. We have very good intelligence on Russia. So then I had talked to some of my former colleagues and I knew they were trying to also get information to the hill.”
“That’s why you have the leaking.”
What was the woman thinking? We don’t care…we will happily take it!

Trump predicted new evidence of surveillance would be coming out this week. Looks like he was right!
She looks a little odd, probably such an extreme dem she thinks persecuting republicans is fine. I sort of think she did this on purpose, the old White House and Intel are trying to “normalize” what they did in peoples’s minds. But she put such a political motive on it that it’s inexcusable.
When one administration has intelligence, the next administration can do what it wants with it. You aren’t supposed to leak it around because you don’t trust the next president.

The delay in Farkas Morning Joe making a splash in the conservative blogosphere and broadcast/cable press is indeed a bit mysterious, but not all that unusual. Plenty of newsworthy things are overlooked, sometimes for years.
How do you walk-back statements as bald as the ones she made?
