This is NOT breaking news. It's old news, maybe even #FakeNews because what Vargas said isn't really an admission but a corroboration of a New York Times story that was written "according to three former American officials who requested anonymity in discussing classified intelligence".

This wasn’t unintentional. Democrats are now focused on getting ahead of the story.
So, what’s to keep me from calling the Slimes, saying that I’m a “former American official” who wishes to remain anonymous and telling them an unverifiable whopper? Which, if it suits their agenda, they won’t bother to verify anyway!
Just because you request to be anonymous doesn’t mean you can disclose Classified Material. It is a felony. More BS from the media to whitewash the subject.
I read the original report yesterday and thought the headline both sensational and untruthful.
The video and transcript did NOT match the headline and there was nothing there that would even justify a formal questioning by the FBI.
And this site was going nuts over it...based on the headline vs discernment.

So it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy. That the Trump folks if they found out how we knew what we knew about their the staff the Trump staff dealing with Russians that they would try to compromise those sources and methods meaning we would no longer have access to that intelligence.
So I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more.

So then I had talked to someone like former colleagues and I knew that they were trying to also help get information to the hill.

She basically went out and confessed on TV that she either started some of the leaks, or facilitated them herself and recruited others.
Why this is all hush hush on Nunes part is that it’s not his information to give away, it was shared with him by an unknown official and the information was obtained using highly classified methods that cannot be revealed.
