Someone ought to tell him that the Freedom Caucus saved him from a political disaster. My Congressman openly opposed the Ryan bill and is not a Freedom Caucus member by any stretch. HE OPPOSED THE BILL BECAUSE ONLY 16% OF HIS CONSTITUENTS SUPPORTED IT.

All the actions brought by Price would immediately been challenged in court effectively stopping anything in Step 2 from being implemented and tied up forever. Designed to fail.
The bill was designed to fail and Trump embraced it.
