House Speaker Paul Ryan cancelled the final vote for the ObamaCare replacement bill, upon concluding he didn’t have enough votes despite the chamber’s GOP majority. President Trump let Ryan take the lead, and Ryan stepped right in the quick sand of failure. President Trump has respectfully allowed Ryan to do what he felt would work, but those opposing his creation called it Obamacare Lite…not much better than Obamacare.
For myself I felt like the American Health Care Act had to be better than Obamacare. It would have allowed for competition in the Insurance Market Place, and there would be no penalties under the American Health Care Act. President had made the comment when Obamacare explodes, he can then create a new plan. Some consider the pulling of the Bill a bad move, and I tend to agree. But President Trump seems to feel there is hope for the American people to have better health care. I trust him.

Someone ought to tell him that the Freedom Caucus saved him from a political disaster. My Congressman openly opposed the Ryan bill and is not a Freedom Caucus member by any stretch. HE OPPOSED THE BILL BECAUSE ONLY 16% OF HIS CONSTITUENTS SUPPORTED IT.
Because Trump never tells what he is going to do in advance he left out “for now” from this AM tweet.
He doesn’t like to lose, ever.
CLub for Growth is the chamber of commerce. he is right! He has to take down Ryan to get the wall built. he knows what he is doing..be patient folks
But it’s true. Any bill that includes Dems will not cut funding for PP. the whole thing was wrong. Ryan can’t lead, but neither can the leader of the Freedom Caucus. This whole thing was a fiasco

Apparently we are supposed to wait until we are drowning in the water and a lifeboat rescues us and all will be well.
So as Ocare implodes, what will happen?
1. Will premiums increase? Yes.
2. Will insurance companies bail so that there are no options? And if there are no insurance companies, how do we comply with the mandate?
etc.
I guess that just need to put on the life-vest and wait it out.
Pay extreme focus on what Tom Cotton had to say about phase 2 and especially phase 3. It was never going to happen, period.

Remember the promise of the Reagan tax cuts to reduce spending?
Give his policies to bring back manufacturing and rebuild our infrastructure time to bear fruit. Once people see their lives improve, his opponents will find themselves isolated, and it will be easier to get other things done.
Democrats will propose single payer as cheap easy and free to most, just watch.

I am thinking they need to be concerned given the current congressional clown circus with the inept Ryan as the ringmaster.
