Liberal judges create new precedent- psychic rulings

Once again a liberal judge has imposed a stay on Donald Trump's revised travel pause, but this time it required some theatrical legerdemain. Hawaii judge Derrick Watson issued the stay based not on the Constitution, but rather on his ability to read Donald Trump's mind.

When federal courts in Hawaii and Maryland blocked Trump's revised travel ban from taking effect, the judges spelled out their major concern: the unusual record of statements by the president and his advisers suggesting the executive order's real purpose was to discriminate against Muslims, in violation of the Constitution's ban on officially favoring or disfavoring any religion.

Never mind the billion Muslims that weren't affected. Never mind the fact that countries on the list were out there by obama. Never mind the fact that the countries on the list aren't able to properly vet those seeking refuge in the US. Never mind that Trump has every Constitutional right to do what he did. Never mind that the Constitution does not apply to the world.

All that matters is the ability of liberal judges to read minds and act based not on the law, but on feelings. It is clear that the liberal game plan it is to issue these stays of every Trump action, no matter how legal it is. The ability of liberal judges to divine the minds of Republican leaders is the new basis for the law.

It's ironic that some dipstick Hawaiian judge would issue the ruling he did. Back in 2015 the Governor of Hawaii asserted that Hawaii would be happy to accept Syrian refugees.

HONOLULU (AP) - Hawaii Gov. David Ige says the state would welcome refugees from Syria with aloha.

Ige said in a statement Monday that Hawaii and the U.S. have a long history of welcoming refugees affected by war and oppression.

Ige spokeswoman Jodi Leong says it's too early to speculate on how many may come to Hawaii as the governor hasn't been contacted by President Barack Obama or his administration.

The governor says "Hawaii is the Aloha State, known for its tradition of welcoming all people with tolerance and mutual respect."

That set off a firestorm that blew up in his face and Ige was forced to eat his words.
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The day after he touched off a furor over Syrian refugees in Hawaii, Gov. David Ige said he doesn't believe the state will see a huge influx from the war-torn country.

"I suppose in hindsight I should probably be more thoughtful about my statements," he said during a news conference Tuesday.

He added the chances of Syrian refugees actually coming to the islands is low.

"In the last decade, zero have come. How many might show up in the next month? I would guess it would be zero. But whatever refugees are fleeing from oppression and abuse anywhere in the world, we will assimilate them."

Hawaiians don't want Syrian refugees littering their liberal paradise:

I really don’t know how it could be done, but I would like to see a system that could swoop in and just tell a judge: “You’re done. No more cases for you. You just don’t understand how to do your job.”

But it’s just a dream.

If only we had known for those eight years during which Obama issued one horrendous executive order after another that all we needed was one sympathetic judge to overrule him.

Good judges make rulings that go against their wishes. That’s what being a good judge means. I respect that the judge doesn’t agree with Trumps. I really do.

With that said, I do not respect that he doesn’t understand that Trumps decision is his alone to make. It’s the power of the presidency we’re talking about hre. If the judge doesn’t like Trumps decisions, he can vote against him in 2020. But, he has no legal power to block the will of the people by blocking Trumps completely legal executive order.

In reality, the judge in Hawaii should be impeached for incompetence.

Be sure you don’t think it. He reads your mind!

Bastards ruled based on campaign rhetoric yet very little condemnation so now instead of being dismissed as outrageous the notion has been given legitimacy at least enough that it will have to be ruled on by a wobbly Supreme Court. The Senate should have stepped in and slapped these Judges down but they hate Trump so crickets as the rule of goes out the window.

It’s become apparent that the leftist go-to move will be to contest every action by President Trump at a favorable legal venue and allow a sympathetic judge to overrule the decree.

As long as they can keep a 4-4 margin on the Supreme Court, most of the liberal rulings will be allowed to stand.

We live in interesting times.

DON'T EVER THINK YOU KNOW WHAT WILL BE THE REUSLT OF SCOTUS TAKING A CASE!!!

Today I have signed into law H.R. 2356, the "Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002." I believe that this legislation, although far from perfect, will improve the current financing system for Federal campaigns.
The bill reforms
(yada, yada,yada,>

I expect that the courts will resolve these legitimate legal questions as appropriate under the law
GEORGE W. BUSH
The White House, March 27, 2002.

Jump forward to December 2003

Provisions of the legislation were challenged as unconstitutional by a group of plaintiffs led by then–Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell, a long-time opponent of the bill. President Bush signed the law despite "reservations about the constitutionality of the broad ban on issue advertising." He appeared to expect that the Supreme Court would overturn some of its key provisions. But, in December 2003, the Supreme Court upheld most of the legislation in McConnell v. FEC.

he has no legal power to block the will of the people by blocking Trumps completely legal executive order.

Neither did the Seattle judge. The President is, and was, within his legal and constitutional rights to tell all of them to pound sand.

Keeping this matter within the court system merely grants the Judicial branch the authority to arrogate powers to themselves not granted under the Constitution, and to dis-empower the Executive branch to whatever degree they wish.

I'm afraid the President is in the unfortunate position of having to slap down the offending branch, and stand his ground on his own well established authority here. It's the only way he can put an end to this.

Apparently he does. He just did it and nobody's arresting him. If anything the President appears to be remarkably compliant.

Power is partly in what other people are willing to cede of their own power.

Intent is only an issue when a crime is committed.

Funny how they find intent with Trump’s EO, but no intent could be found with Hillary on her email servers (even when proving intent was not necessary).

The irony is that we KNOW the intent of liberal judges is to circumvent the rule of law for political reasons. The difference is that their rulings are a crime.

These judges are coordinating with Obama, Soros, and other criminals to undermine the rule of law, spread sedition, and commit treason.

Trump has every right to ignore the judges order.

Still, everything is political and he has to has to calculate if the political sh-t storm created by ignoring a judges ruling is worth it. Trump has probably decided that he’ll play it straight and work through the court system, but it’s still sad judges are so politicized. In reality, the judge is thwarting the will of the people.

Again, I totally get the judge doesn’t like Trump’s decision. What I don’t get is his arrogance in the face of clearly stated law and judicial precedence.

With that that said, there are ways to get back at judges who play politics with the law. For example, settle all refuges into the cities where the judges live. I’m sure there are other ways too. If judges choose to get into the game of politics, then they will should learn two can play at that game. If the judge has any dirt in his past....and who doesn’t when they’ve risen to that level...., we might see it. It’s just sad it comes to this crap!! Follow the law, Judges!!!!!
