I really don’t know how it could be done, but I would like to see a system that could swoop in and just tell a judge: “You’re done. No more cases for you. You just don’t understand how to do your job.”

But it’s just a dream.

If only we had known for those eight years during which Obama issued one horrendous executive order after another that all we needed was one sympathetic judge to overrule him.

Good judges make rulings that go against their wishes. That’s what being a good judge means. I respect that the judge doesn’t agree with Trumps. I really do.

With that said, I do not respect that he doesn’t understand that Trumps decision is his alone to make. It’s the power of the presidency we’re talking about hre. If the judge doesn’t like Trumps decisions, he can vote against him in 2020. But, he has no legal power to block the will of the people by blocking Trumps completely legal executive order.

In reality, the judge in Hawaii should be impeached for incompetence.

It’s become apparent that the leftist go-to move will be to contest every action by President Trump at a favorable legal venue and allow a sympathetic judge to overrule the decree.

As long as they can keep a 4-4 margin on the Supreme Court, most of the liberal rulings will be allowed to stand.

We live in interesting times.

DON'T EVER THINK YOU KNOW WHAT WILL BE THE REUSLT OF SCOTUS TAKING A CASE!!!

Today I have signed into law H.R. 2356, the "Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002." I believe that this legislation, although far from perfect, will improve the current financing system for Federal campaigns.
The bill reforms
(yada, yada,yada,>

I expect that the courts will resolve these legitimate legal questions as appropriate under the law
GEORGE W. BUSH
The White House, March 27, 2002.

Jump forward to December 2003

Provisions of the legislation were challenged as unconstitutional by a group of plaintiffs led by then–Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell, a long-time opponent of the bill. President Bush signed the law despite "reservations about the constitutionality of the broad ban on issue advertising." He appeared to expect that the Supreme Court would overturn some of its key provisions. But, in December 2003, the Supreme Court upheld most of the legislation in McConnell v. FEC.

Intent is only an issue when a crime is committed.

Funny how they find intent with Trump’s EO, but no intent could be found with Hillary on her email servers (even when proving intent was not necessary).

The irony is that we KNOW the intent of liberal judges is to circumvent the rule of law for political reasons. The difference is that their rulings are a crime.

These judges are coordinating with Obama, Soros, and other criminals to undermine the rule of law, spread sedition, and commit treason.
