Seems to be a lot of repetitive sentences/paragraphs on a long article that makes one roll their eyes and give up.
Maybe you need a mod to help you edit it and post the article.

It works in the original format, where that repeated paragraph appears in italics.
The problem is trying to copy it here on FreeRepublic.
I know there’s a way to do bullets and italics on FreeRepublic, and it has been explained to me multiple times, but I can’t make it work. I’m technologically-challenged.
The line about the 95 million - which I repeat for effect here, is in italics in the original in Illinois Review. Not an unusual tactic; it’s just that it’s ineffective here in this format.
